Managed Windows Cloud Partial outage of cloud services

There is currently a partial outage affecting some virtual machines. We are dedicated to resolve the issue quickly.

  • The problem has been fixed. All cloud servers are running.

    Managed Shop Hosting JTL-Shop LiteSpeed Cache Plugin Version 2.4.5 causing problems with JTL-WAWI Sync

    We have noticed that LiteSpeed Cache version 2.4.5, used by some customers, causes problems with synchronization with JTL-WAWI for some customers.

    This version was active only on 05.08.2025 morning, and was withdrawn after a couple of hours. Please uninstall this version, as it causes problems with JTL-WAWI Sync, and install version 2.4.4.

    PS: Please also note that the object cache must be deleted after the plugin has been uninstalled.

  • All plugins hosted in our environment have automatically reverted to version 2.4.4. No additional action is required on your part.

  • Additional notes: It seems that the problem occurs because JTL-WAWI is accessing the webserver without a User-Agent. As this is not RFC compliant, it was not taken into account on the last update of the Plugin. We will consider that in the next version.
