Our upstream network provider will be carrying out maintenance work on its infrastructure. Due to the redundant network connection, we do not expect any service disruption. However, brief connectivity interruptions cannot be completely ruled out. The maintenance work and its duration are outside our control.

This maintenance window cannot be rescheduled. Thank you for your understanding.

Partial outage of cloud services Saturday 15th August 2026 09:33:08

We have detected a partial outage of our infrastructure. This outage affects windows machines (e.g. JTL-WAWI Cloud, Windows Cloud, Greyhound Cloud, Vario Cloud etc.).

Our engineers are trying to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. As soon as the outage is fixed, we will send an update via status.ecomdata.de.
